Your auction bidder account is issued within 12 hours after your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. Bidding starts after the required total deposit is confirmed.

Activate bidding when ready
For Copart and IAAI, the deposit is 10% of your bid limit, with a $600 minimum. For Manheim, the deposit is 50% of your bid limit.

Your deposit is credited toward the car. We coordinate payment, title paperwork and transport. Auction charges, our service fee and delivery are calculated separately.

Do I need a dealer license?+
You do not need your own dealer license to open your auction bidder account. Before bidding, send us the lot link so we can check whether you can buy that vehicle through your account, including on Manheim.
When can I start bidding?+
You can browse once your account is set up. Bidding activates after the required deposit is confirmed. For Copart and IAAI, the deposit is 10% of your bid limit, with a $600 minimum. For Manheim, the deposit is 50% of your bid limit.
How can I request a deposit refund?+
The first $100 opens your own auction bidder account and is credited toward your car purchase. If you do not buy a car, that $100 is non-refundable. To return an additional bidding deposit, contact us on WhatsApp or by email. A refund excludes money needed for won vehicles or unpaid charges. Placing a bid without winning does not prevent a refund.
