This Privacy Policy describes how BasicMobile LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit basicmobilellc.us or use our services. By using our services you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly:

• Full name, email address, phone number / WhatsApp
• Vehicle of interest (make, model, year — optional)
• Messages you send via the contact form, WhatsApp, Instagram DM or email
• Government-issued ID or business documents (only if required to register a bidder account or process title work)

Payment information: Card and digital wallet payments are processed through Stripe. Other available methods use the provider or bank selected at checkout. We do not store full card numbers. We receive the information needed to identify and confirm your payment, such as your name, email, amount and transaction reference.

Automatically collected:

• IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

3. How we use your information

• To process your deposit and the subsequent vehicle purchase, title work, and transport
• To communicate with you about your order, bids, and deliveries
• To comply with US federal and Florida state legal obligations (tax reporting, motor vehicle title transfer, anti-money-laundering rules)
• To prevent fraud and protect the security of our services
• To improve the website and marketing using aggregate reports and pseudonymous interaction events after consent

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (your purchase), compliance with legal obligations (US tax and dealer regulations), your consent (for marketing communications), and our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement).

5. Who we share your data with

• Stripe and other payment providers or banks selected at checkout — payment processing (see Stripe Privacy Policy).
• Auction houses (Copart, IAAI, Manheim) — to register bids and complete purchases under our dealer account
• Transport companies and customs brokers — to ship and clear vehicles to your destination
• Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram) — via the Meta Pixel, for advertising measurement and audience building
• Government authorities — when required by US law (e.g., FLHSMV title transfer, IRS reporting on certain cash transactions)
• Hosting and analytics providers (Cloudflare, PostHog) — to operate the website and measure usage
• Web3Forms (current form delivery) and FormSubmit (fallback), plus the BasicMobile lead-processing API hosted on Render where used — to receive and process service requests.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Cookies and tracking

Analytics and advertising cookies are optional. After you accept analytics, PostHog records page views and selected interactions; recordings mask page text and input fields. Meta Pixel also starts only after acceptance. Analytics use an opaque journey identifier rather than your name, email or phone. Forms and payments separately collect the details needed to provide the service. Choose Necessary only to continue without analytics.

7. International transfers

BasicMobile LLC is based in the United States and our servers and service providers are located primarily in the US. If you access our services from outside the US, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using our services you consent to such transfer.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data for the service, accounting and other applicable obligations, and remove data when it is no longer needed. You may request deletion; records that must be retained for an applicable legal obligation may be excluded. Contact us for the retention period relevant to your request.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you, (b) correct inaccurate data, (c) request deletion of data not required by law, (d) restrict or object to processing, (e) data portability, (f) withdraw consent at any time, and (g) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email Info@basicmobilellc.us. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, restrict employee access to personal data, and rely on payment providers and banks to process payment details. No system is completely secure. Keep your account credentials and email password confidential.

11. Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
