These Terms explain the services provided by BasicMobile LLC, a Florida company and licensed dealer. By making a payment or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms. Services are provided regardless of your country of residence, subject to applicable export and sanctions laws.
Lifetime access means a BasicMobile account without recurring BasicMobile membership fees. It does not waive bidding deposits, service fees or lot eligibility checks. Availability and permissions on external auction platforms remain subject to their rules.
Start with a $100 deposit for lifetime access to Copart, IAAI and Manheim. The first $100 is non-refundable and counts toward your bidding deposit and vehicle purchase. It is not an additional access fee.
Your auction bidder account is issued within 12 hours after deposit confirmation, usually within a few minutes. Bidding starts after the required total deposit is confirmed.
Your deposit is credited toward the vehicle purchase. Auction fees, taxes, dealer service fees, title work and delivery are calculated separately.
For Copart and IAAI, the bidding deposit is 10% of your bid limit, minimum $600. For Manheim it is 50%. Your first $100 counts toward the required deposit.
If we cannot provide your account access, contact us so we can resolve the issue or provide an appropriate refund.
The first $100 gives lifetime account access and is credited toward your car purchase. If you do not buy a car, that $100 is non-refundable. To return an additional bidding deposit, contact us on WhatsApp or by email. A refund excludes money needed for won vehicles or unpaid charges. Placing a bid without winning does not prevent a refund.
See Pricing for the current service fee by final winning bid or purchase price. Auction fees, taxes, title work, storage and transport are separate. Bidding and purchase assistance does not include those third-party charges.
Before you bid or authorize a bid, we will disclose our applicable fees. The vehicle price, auction fees, title, taxes, storage, transport and other related costs are calculated separately.
Deposit examples describe buying power for a stated bid limit, not unlimited simultaneous purchases. Before bidding on multiple lots, ask us to confirm the active limit and outstanding commitments. For Manheim, the 50% deposit is a BasicMobile service requirement; confirm the available account and bidding channel for your lot.
You are responsible for bids you place yourself on Copart, IAAI and Manheim using your auction account opened through BasicMobile. A winning bid is a binding commitment to purchase the vehicle at the bid amount plus all applicable fees.
Vehicles are offered based on the description, photographs and conditions published by the auction or seller. Auction vehicles may have damage, missing parts, mechanical issues or different title types. We recommend reviewing all available information before bidding and asking us if you need help understanding a listing.
After your winning bid is paid, we will obtain the title from the auction house and prepare it for export (if applicable). We will arrange transport to the address you provide. Transport quotes are provided in advance and are estimates. Final cost may vary based on fuel, route, port congestion, customs delays, or other factors outside our control. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Payments may be made using the methods available on our payment page, including card and digital wallet payments through Stripe, Zelle or bank wire. The initial $100 is part of your deposit and is non-refundable. The payment provider or bank may separately display a processing or currency-conversion charge before payment is confirmed. Vehicle, auction, title and transport balances are invoiced separately.
If you wish to stop using our services, contact us at Info@basicmobilellc.us or via WhatsApp and we will review the available next steps. If there is already a winning bid, the auction's rules and costs apply. We will work with you to explain the options and address the situation.
Auction platforms, payment processors, banks, carriers and other outside providers operate their own services. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we do not control their systems, decisions, availability or timing. We may update these Terms when our services change. The date above shows the latest revision.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Florida. If you have a question or problem, contact us and we will try to resolve it directly and reasonably.
