What to send for a transport quote
- The auction listing link or lot number and pickup location.
- The vehicle’s make, model and reported running condition.
- The delivery address and ZIP code, or the destination country and port.
- Any known title or release-document delays.
- Your preferred delivery timing and any access restrictions at the destination.
We use these details to plan the route and loading arrangements. Tell us if the vehicle cannot roll or steer, has missing wheels, or has other damage that may affect loading.
Domestic vehicle delivery
After the winning bid is paid, BasicMobile coordinates transport to the address you provide. The auction must release the vehicle, and pickup needs to be arranged around its requirements and the carrier’s availability.
Check the auction’s payment and collection deadlines before bidding. Storage and other related charges are separate from the vehicle price and can affect the final cost.
Export and title paperwork
For an international purchase, tell us the destination country and port before choosing a lot. We obtain the ownership document from the auction and prepare it for export when required. Check the document type and import requirements before bidding.
Confirm import eligibility, duties and registration requirements with the relevant destination authorities or your customs professional before committing to the vehicle. A transport quote does not establish that a vehicle can be imported or registered at its destination.
Costs and timing
Transport is quoted separately from auction access, bidding and purchase-handling fees. Quotes and transit times are estimates. Route, fuel costs, port congestion, customs delays and document availability can affect the final cost and schedule.
Start with our auction buying guide, then send the lot and destination to Info@basicmobilellc.us or WhatsApp for a transport quote. The Terms of Service explain the service conditions.
