From deposit to driveway

Four steps, from $100 to delivery.

Step 01

Open your account

Pay $100 to open your own Copart, IAAI and Manheim bidder account under our Florida dealer license. It is issued within 12 hours after payment confirmation, usually within a few minutes. The $100 is credited toward your car.

Step 02

Top up to bid

To bid, top up your bidding deposit: for Copart and IAAI it is 10% of your bid limit, minimum $600 in total; for Manheim, 50%. Your first $100 counts toward it. Bidding starts once the total is confirmed.

Step 03

Bid yourself

You place bids yourself on Copart and IAAI, up to your bid limit. Before bidding, send us the lot link so we can check that you can buy it through your account.

Step 04

Payment, paperwork and delivery

Your deposit is credited toward the car. We coordinate payment, title paperwork and transport. Auction charges, our service fee and delivery are calculated separately.

Payment deadlines & relisting

Copart relisting: 10% of the final sale price, minimum $600

Vehicle Relist Fee: if a lot is not paid in full within 8 calendar days, it will be relisted; the fee is 10% of the final sale price with a $600 minimum

Copart applies this rule to a won lot not paid in full within 8 calendar days, including the sale day. IAAI and Manheim apply their own rules; check the specific lot and payment deadline before bidding.

What does the $100 include?

Your own auction bidder account under our dealer license, with no recurring membership. Your first $100 counts toward the bidding deposit and car purchase. Auction fees, taxes, dealer service fees and delivery are additional.

Can you arrange delivery?

BasicMobile can coordinate US transport, paperwork and worldwide shipping. Delivery is quoted for your destination.

What deposit do I need to bid?

For Copart and IAAI, the deposit is 10% of your bid limit, with a $600 minimum. For Manheim, the deposit is 50% of your bid limit.

How can I request a deposit refund?

The first $100 opens your own auction bidder account and is credited toward your car purchase. If you do not buy a car, that $100 is non-refundable. To return an additional bidding deposit, contact us on WhatsApp or by email. A refund excludes money needed for won vehicles or unpaid charges. Placing a bid without winning does not prevent a refund.

Can I place bids myself on Manheim?

See Pricing for the current service fee by final winning bid or purchase price. Auction fees, taxes, title work, storage and transport are separate. Bidding and purchase assistance does not include those third-party charges.

What happens after I win?

We apply the deposit to the purchase and invoice the remaining vehicle balance and separate charges. After payment, we coordinate title and transport. Timing depends on the auction, documents, route and destination.

Who pays for delivery after I win?

Transport and title are quoted separately based on destination and vehicle — for all auctions (Copart, IAAI and Manheim). The service fee only covers bidding and purchase handling.

How do I bid from my phone?

Download our app from the App Store or Google Play. After your $100 payment we create your account and send you the login. In the app you switch between Copart, IAAI and Manheim and bid yourself.

Are you a real licensed dealer?

Yes. We are a licensed Florida dealer. Office at 2032 NE 155th St, North Miami Beach, FL 33162. Florida-registered LLC. EIN on file.

Whose name goes on the title?

When you're ready to register or sell the vehicle, the buyer's name is entered in the reassignment section according to your state's requirements. The exact assignment depends on how you plan to hold or resell the vehicle — the title transfer is handled through the dealer reassignment process rather than being registered in our dealership's name.
