Start with the vehicle details
Use our vehicle appraisal form to tell us about the car. Include the year, make, model, mileage, VIN, location and whether it runs and drives. Clear photos of the exterior, interior and any known damage help us understand the vehicle.
Let us know if there are missing keys, mechanical problems, accident damage or a loan balance. An appraisal is a starting point for the discussion. The auction outcome depends on the vehicle and buyer demand.
Prepare the ownership documents
Our team usually needs the title or ownership document, valid identification and any payoff or lien information. We will explain which documents are needed for your vehicle before the sale moves forward.
Missing ownership documents can delay a sale. Send us the documents you have so we can identify what is needed before pickup.
Review the costs and collection plan
Vehicle appraisal is free. BasicMobile’s published commission is $300 per vehicle sold. Any auction, pickup or documentation fees are reviewed with you before the sale moves forward.
Pickup arrangements depend on the location, vehicle condition and auction destination. We will provide a cost breakdown for your approval before the sale.
Understand the auction timeline
After reviewing the car and ownership documents, we will discuss available auction dates. The final selling price is determined by the auction; an appraisal does not guarantee a sale price.
Submit the appraisal request or contact BasicMobile with your vehicle information. Review the Terms of Service before using the service.
Before listing, agree in writing on the minimum selling price, commission, auction and pickup charges, cancellation rules and how you will receive the proceeds. Sending an appraisal request does not authorize us to sell your car.
